What's differences between the Lono Aero Kayak and the Rackham Aero SUP. Both are great hybrid watercraft, but which would be best suited for your application.
Let's break it down...
So when it comes to size you will see there is really not much to differential except the SUP is a couple inches wider than the kayak, length basically the same. By virtue of the SUP Platform and predominantly standing, the SUP is always going to be a bit wider.
However, as expected the SUP is a little lighter off the bat, but importantly the capacities are the same, and you can basically load the same amount of accessories and coolers etc etc on each which is awesome.
Now down to the "nitty-gritty" - Both have amazing features and abilities, and essentially if you want a bit more speed, go with the Lono Kayak, however if standing is the main thing, but yet still the ability to stand, the Rackham SUP is for sure the way to go.
In conclusion, both craft are incredible Inflatables, unreal quality and durability and portability. Essentially the main purpose for which you would like to fish or explore, and the nature of how you do your chosen application, will essentially determine which you choose.
