The Lowrance HOOK² 4x Bullet uses the Bullet Skimmer Transducer which is a simple and reliable 2D sonar transducer designed specifically for the HOOK² 4x and HOOK² 4x GPS units. 

The Bullet transducer uses a wide-angle sonar cone, giving roughly double the coverage of many traditional narrow-beam fish finders. This makes it easier to find fish and structure without needing extremely precise boat positioning.
